has anyone had a varicose vein of the vulva removed?

I have a bulging varicose vein in my vulva, leftover from pregnancy (it went away after pregnancy til this time, my 7th). I'm 2 years post-partum, so it's here to stay. I'm wondering if and how it can be removed; I hate it.
