right sided tingling

hi ,im a 23 year old female.i have noticed over last few months that a get feelings on numbness at night.lately my whole right side is numb, tingling,kinda weak.when this happens i can still feel pain and have normal range movements.its hard to describe, but my right side feels heavier than my left.

Hello dear,
Are you hypertensive?You should monitor his blood pressure levels regularly , You should consult a neurologist and get  MRI done as there could be several causes TIA,migraine,.degenerative spine changes,neuropathy,nerve compression etc.You should go for a evaluation and get the diagnosis confirmed.
