water retention

My daughter is 26, she was on a lindora weight loss program and every time they had to inject her they said that she retains a lot of water, They see the water come out on her skin when they put in the needle. She also told me that no matter how hot is outside, she can ware a sweater and she does not sweat. She also works our in the gym and does not sweat, She went to the doctor who did a blood test to check her thyroid, and the result came back normal.
Should she go back for further tests?
