Think this is autoimmune disorder?

hi, back in '86 just before having my daughter I started having weird things happening to my facial skin it would feel like a invisible fim or scale covering it and the sun irritated it then later on I lost hearing in right ear leaving deafness and tinnitus later in '95 lost left ear over night leaving deafness and now both ears are full of tinnitus and hypercussis, had to get a cochlear implant and the tinnitus and hypercussis has a field day with it and can't get clarity with it and can't use hearing aides. After that started having painful feet blood work shows rheumatoid but the doctor said it wasn't and blood work sometimes will show it even though it's not there, he said it was morton's neuroma and gve me shots in one foot even though both were bad the left was worse so that foot took the shots. I also started having high cholestrol 304 out of the blue when before it was good and the good was high. then also had terrible period problems since my 30's even though it was always heavy when I hit my 30's it started going berserk now recently the endocrinologist said I was post menopause but hasn't said hormones are out of wack ,seriously when the ears are bad you have to fight to get all the info. from doctors they seem to think as long as they know you don't need too. My gyno has diagnosed me with lichen scelerosis which apparently can be a autoimmune disease along with menopause and I'm here to ask if anyone thinks that this is all due to an autoimmune disease and what do I ask of my endo. to find out the answere, is there any kind of test to ask for?
