Chronic Back And Neck Pain

i am a 44 year old female before august 2007 i was a very healthy woman ....
I have had chronic back pain for months now my doctor gave me a prescription of Gabpentin for my other
pain i had in my body all of that is gone..but my back and neck pain that goes down mostly my right
arm and i have been very nausea and vomiting now when i was younger i did have ulcers which i beleive i have
it again because everyday i wake up with heartburn i stopped eating things that would upset my stomach ..now
even crackers give me heartburn now ...this middle and upper back pain and neck pain from the top of my spine
is there when i go to bed and when i wake up ..if any1 has any insight please send it my way...because 1 week
ago i just wanted to kill my self ...cant deal with this anymore....their is no stiffness nothing i cant lay on my stomach
because of this pain i cant even lay on my back or on my side....and when i sit on the floor and lay
against the couch i get a burning sensation in my middle back and neck and left arm ...i took blood test
after blood test everything is coming up normal ...they think i have Fibromaylgia ..my cousin had this
which i didnt know until recently she told me the pain i have has nothing to do with that...plus my aunt
had RA ..and my cousin told me the pain i have doesnt consist of that either..im still losing weight
i can eat a whole gallon of ice cream the next morning i lose 5 pounds... i need answers if anyone can
help me plz ....i sometimes stubble when i get out of the bed my right eye doesnt seem normal
