I just came across this question and your first reply back to this mother was very helpful, but the next reply puzzles me a little. I am 30 years old and I have been through the same situation as his woman's daughter. For years I struggled with the reason why i was so under developed, and finally when i turned 18 i asked my cardiologiest, if breast augmentation was an opion for me and he said that it was not often done,ESP. on open heart patient, no matter how long ago. He said that it is too much of a risk and MOST plastic surgeons would not do it, even with the cardiologst's clearence. please expalin??
