Does your neck hurt?  Do you have any other symptoms?

Hey,

I am not a Dr, however I get the same thing. Its not just at night check in a really quiet room. Move your head fromside to side. As we age we all get cricks. Nothing to worry about, I take cod liver oil, do yoga and all my joints work better now. See a doc and get an x ray if u r really worried but honestly all of us creak!
