Flax Seed

does anyone here use this on a daily basis?  i've read a lot of good things about it and we just got some.  we bought ground flax seed...  but we haven't used it yet.  can anyone tell me any other things about it i may not have read or possible different ways that you use it?  thank you.

For the best quality of Flax & Borage seed oil, Barleans is tops. You can order direct from them and pay a  little more than a site that may offer discount pricing, but when you receive the product, the "Pressed" date will only be 2 or 3 days from when you receive it... FRESH!!!!!

Ive been using flax seed for a while .it has omega 3 fatty acids wich are gud for lowering cholesterol.i usually add thm to my whole wheat flour wen i knead it for making home mad tortiallas(chapatis indian).u can add it to ur break fast cereal.

i like to put flax seed in my instant oatmeal for breakfast. you can't even taste it.
i also mix it into a smoothie, or pancake batter
