Lots of symptoms, and i want it to STOP!

BEEN GOING ON FOR 7 MONTHS:
*Constant headache - REALLY BAD - THIS IS THE WORST PART OF IT
*always feeling tired
*bone and joint pain
JUST STARTED RECENTLY:
*waking up all hot and sweaty even when its cold
*tiny fever, not that bad, constantly. From about 100.3F to 100.9F.
*occassional tingling hands and feet & occasional feeling of hot water splattering on me, when there is none
*a feeling on a couple of my fingers. at the base. it feels like i've got a tight ring on, but i dont. very weird and uncomfortable feeling
Any information would be great. Even if you don't have a clue whats going on, could you please reply. ANY INFORMATION is helpful.
Please! It's ruining my life.
