thyroid lobectomy

i have hypothyroidism along with severe hashimoto's thyroiditis, i just had a rt side thyroid lobectomy on july 10th 2008. i was discharged with a drain i go back to drs on the 15th. i now get the sweats,dizzy,and have trouble when talking i seem to get the words all mixed up.im still having 20 cc or more drain age too . can you please tell me if i should be concerned?
