The bite of a brown recluse spider produces a bull's-eye pattern of red circles accompanied by blistering and swelling. The brown recluse spider's bite is poisonous.
When the spider bites you, you may feel a sharp sting or nothing at all. Pain usually develops within the first several hours after being bitten, and may become severe.
If you experience chills, Itching, general ill-feeling or discomfort, fever or nausea then you should immediately go to a hospital as this would be an emergency.
In your case it could be a spider or any other insect that has caused this rash. Most spider bites are harmless, causing redness and swelling at the site.
For the pain you can take NSAID's. At the site where the marks have turned white you can apply an antibiotic ointment. You can take anti-hstamines like Cetrizine for the redness and swelling to subside.
To get a better idea of what to do in case you get bitten by a dangerous variety you can check out the site I have quoted as reference.
