Fever after eating and any exertion

Recently I have been getting a fever after eating.Also when I exert myself I get a fever.This is a strange event for me can you suggest what might be causing it to happen.I do have high blood pressure and take medication namely INSPRA (hyper alsosteronism) MINIPRESS and a potassium sparing diuritic.I am 62 years of age in in reasonably good healty otherwise.
Any thoughts?

Ask your Doc if its the meds ,it sounds like that he will know and advise you also you could put that question on the Doctor Forum here,
