Sinus Tachycardia

I was recently told I had Sinus Tachycarida a few months ago. My BP got as high as 182/118 pulse 112. I was throwing PVS with an irregular heartbeat. Did the Holter Monitor, the echocardiogram and the stress test. Got put on Toprol 50 mg a day and a antidepressant Cilitopram. Gained over 25 pounds while taking the Ciliopram so my doc took me off of it. Been off of it for about a month now and I was doing great until today. I've been extremely tired like I was going to pass out and dizzy and just really out of it. Not lethargic, but close to it. Anxiety runs in my family and I am trying my best not to be like my mother and freak out all the time. She has major panic attacks which I am trying not to do. I don't know what to do and I am trying to just carry on with life as usual. I am 5'0 26 years old weigh 198 pounds. I don't want to take any other antipdepressants because if I gain any more weight I really will become depressed. Is there anybody out there who can tell me what I can do?
