Hi,
The discoloration of your lips cannot be treated with any medication .You can stop the biting, which might have caused an  inflammatory response, resulting in discoloration.

Post-inflammatory lesions can leave behind hypo or hyper pigmented patches. Apply Vit K cream which might help.

You will have to wait for at least 3 months to see if any improvement is there. If it persists or if you notice other pink lesions elsewhere you may have to get yourself examined further to rule out any systemic condition.
