when i eat it seems as though i can not get full. i am not  gaining any whieght and no matter what and how much i eat
i still fill the urge to eat.

Your weight is normal for your height which is good. Are you on any medication? Some medications side affects is an increase in appetite. If that is not the case, try eating slowly; put the fork down between bites. It takes about 20 minutes for the stomach to 'signal' to mind that it is full. Another is to eat about 10 almonds or nuts 15 minutes before your meal so you will feel full while eating. If these do not work, then suggest going to your MD and get checked.
