vaginal infection.

Hii.i am 18yrs old female,i have one doubt in my mind,one day i was fingering(masturbating),during that i started bleeding but bleeding last for only 2mins. and it stop,there was slight cut between vagina and anal so i apply dettol over it,to decompose bacteria,but even though i pass urine or water it there was no burning feeling,pain,or itching or anything esle,but after it reclosed completely,my vulva started swelling,so consult my doctor and she gave me BETNOVATE-N,and now am feeling quite better there's no swelling,and am still a virgin i didn't have a sex yet, so am i suffering from HIV,CANCER OR ANY INFECTION,my bp is 120/80,its gonna cause any problem to my menstruation.plz suggest me some medicines please.
