clitoral pain and swelling

My clitorus started itching and burning then a day later I noticed there were three bumps that were full of puss and fluid. My clitorus was swollen and painful to touch (stinging and itchy). I butsed one bump and a good bit of bloody/clear liquid came out. The other two wouldnt burst and the pain was to much so i left them alone.
Could I be having an alergic reaction to bath oils or is it something to worry about?
For the record I have been married to a faithful man (i am certain) for thirteen years and I am faithful as well so I can rule out sexually transmitted diseases but what else could it be and should I be worried?
