Authenticity of HIV Medical Test in UAE

Hi
I am a 24 year Indian expat, who has just come to dubai, I had undergone a Normal Medical test in Abu dhabi Central Hospital and to my horror it turned out to be positive, my ques is how good are the testing methods here? Many of my friends had told me of some stories whereby here the test came as positive and then later on in their home country it came as nagative!!!!
I am really worried.. I did not have any unprotected sex with anyone..... I have already gone for the second testing and am worried. Pls help

If you have never had unprotected sex. Then you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.

Thats the problem, I did not have unprotected sex then why the hell is it coming as HIV, I had sex but with known persons and that too with protection, and thats what is scaring me and wanted to know the authenticity of the Medical tests in abudhabi

You know for a fact that you have never had unprotected sex so I don't understand why you tested in the first place. If you have a concern about the test contact the testing clinic where you were tested.

In UAE its compulsory before getting a residency visa...I believe you might know that....thats why am really scared
