Burning in the Penis

Hello Doctor.
I have a peculiar problem. Once in a while I get a burning sensation in the penis and there is a need to urinate. But during and after urination the burning increases and the urge to urinate continues. But I get no relief after urination. I get relief only after I ejaculate, which I usually do with masturbation. The burning subsides after about 5 minutes of ejaculation. I am married and 44 years old male. Please help me.
