swollen testes

this is my story, i had a series of misjudgements 3 exactly. i am a male and   i recently received protective oral sex three times from undesirable street women. the dates are feb 15, march 24 and recently june 24. i never had pain in my testes before so , on may 8 . i received a severe pain in my left testicle, it was inflamed. the pain lasted a few hours. every since then, i had mild testicular or scrotum aches, sometimes i feel slight aches on my sides and also slight in my left thigh and stomach/pelvic.. i went to the std clinic 4 times and urologist 2 times. the std test 4 times came  back negative for any stds. the std dates were. may 12,  may 24 june 7 and july 7. all negative for hiv and regualr stds. i know i have to take another hiv test because of my june 24 encounter. i am thinking about going back to the std clinic every week. my next visit will be on monday  7/21.  i am totally petrified. i am asahmed i stooped so low in my life to do something of that magnitude. i cannot  sleep, eat or do anything with out thinkning about what i have done. i will go to therapy if i am ok.  i also had a prostate and a colonoscopy done  all normal. the  thing is when i dont think about it i dont feel it, all i feel is a dull small ache in the scrotum and when i am really active i dont feel it at all.  these aches do not hurt, i do not have any discharge or pain when urinating. do you think that the std clinics are wrong?

just yesterday for some reason my testes or scrotum was red and slightly swollen and when i took a motrin the redness went away and the balls were saggy again. i dont know what to do, i am afraid its hiv or something like that.  are there any other solutions. a response would be greatly appreciated.

my girlfriend has no pains whats so ever, so far.

You had three incidents of PROTECTED oral sex and all of your tests HAVE COME BACK NEGATIVE.

WHAT ARE YOU MISSING HERE?

Roldan, the stress is killing you but you must believe the facts.  Go to another doctor and QUIT going to the STD clinic.  

Whatever you have IS NOT AN STD!!!!!  YOU DON'T HAVE HIV, HSV, SYPHILLIS OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!!  

Again, stop the madness.  Go to a good doctor and find out what is wrong with your testicles.  But, please understand that IT IS NOT AN STD BECAUSE ALL OF YOUR TESTS HAVE COME BACK NEGATIVE BECAUSE:

1)  Your partners where not infected and even if they were
2)   YOU WERE PROTECTED  !!!!!!!!!!

PS, sorry for the screaming at you but you need to accept the facts.  And by the way - STAY AWAY FROM HOOKERS, HUSTLERS, STREET WALKERS, ETC, ETC, ETC.

i will stay away from street walkers, i dont know what compelled me to do such a thing, in ten years of being normal, i did 3 months of craziness, feb ,march and june. I was protected but what if somehow the condom had a hole in it. i think i am clear for the feb and march incidents. do you reccomend that i get tested again for the june 24 incident. i am thinking maybe i caught hiv or  something there by that street walker. i am deathly afraid to do anything with my spouse. i dont want to bring her anything. i am sorry for what i have done. i know the stress is hurting me. i cannot function right now. the only relief i get is from this forum and people like you. i am going to see another urologist on thursday , he wants me to abstain from sex for ten days and then he would do another test, do you know what kind of test he is trying to give me?

First of all, you did not catch HIV from the streetwalker.  Receiving protected oral is safe.  And, your symptoms are not those of HIV.   HIV infected blood has to come in contact with your blood.  That did not happen.  There wasn't any blood present - correct?  And, the condom did not have a hole in it.  So, put HIV out of your mind.

I hope your urologist can clear up your testicle problems.  I have not got a clue what that could be.  

I've been in your shoes - I f**ked up last year and put myself through horrible stress.  I'll never do that again and I trust that you won't either.  As you can see, it is not worth it.

Never again my friend, never again!

Now, hang in there and get that testicle problem diagnosed.  Your going to be okay.

i am now very concerned with my problem.  the past few days, i noticed my scrotum/testicle swell with redness. i constanlty have redness on my balls. the redness does not go away. it only went away with motrin 600 mg. but when the motrin wears off, my balls get red again. do you know anythig about this? can you please respond.

i am going to the std clinic today at 900am to explain it.

Hey, I think you should be going to a doctor instead of the STD clinic.  

This sounds serious but again, it is not HIV so don't go down that path.

I haven't a clue as to what it could be.  I hope it's nothing serious.
