Is cramping normal in early pregnancy?

Hi all! I just found out I am pregnant on Thursday since then, I have had occassional cramping - not strong - more like twinges in the uterus. Is that normal? Or do you think that could be a bad sign?  HCG levels were 159 for my beta.  I retested today - if levels show increase can I assume I am in the clear, at least for now? Thanks!

crampings normal. if your having bad cramping with bleeding..thats a problem

we're on the same boat. I retested today too, what day were you when you got the first test? The levels look GREAT. I am having same type of cramping, so I would say it is probably normal. Could be gas too ;-) -- I hear that picks up with pregnancy. GOOD LUCK. I get my results today -- so I am waiting on EDGE. My other symptoms come and go -- but for the most part there is always something  - weather headache, sore breasts (which are def larger than usual, and have not gone down in size), cramp/twinge here and there, etc...

Hi! Well, I was day 14 I guess? I did a frozen embryo transfer - We transfered day 5 embryos and tested 9 days later.  When did you have your beta? Congrats to you! Is this your first? Its ours. We've been trying for 18 months and aggressively for about a year with an RE.  I will find out my other results around 5pm today - only 3 more hours!
I am waiting too on edge.. but keeping my fingers crossed.  
Its not gas, I know what that feels like hahahah. Def. just twinges.. but I have had alittle indigestion already. Imagine? How quickly that body changes!! haha

I had cramping (AF like cramping) from week 4 to week 6.  After that and up until now, I am just experiencing major morning sickness.  I still get cramping every now and then, but it feels totally different then AF cramping and it is lower - almost to my vajayjay area.  Not to scare you, but I did have a m/c before, but I had severe cramping and bleeding.  If you ever suspect anything I wouldn't hesitate to go the ER.  So good luck with everything.
