Sleep Paralysis

by Emmas Mom, Jul 14, 2008 01:51PM
Does anyone else get sleep paralysis?  It occurs on nights usually when I get these rushes of adrenaline to my head, and my heart races.  I feel like I have not quite yet fallen asleep then all of a sudden I can't move, but I am awake and I feel like I am stopping breathing.  It is so scary!

Yes, this happens to me also.  Check out the sleep disorder forum....specifically the "seeing spiders" post.
