Supplements for hypo - muscle weakness

I am unable to find where someone posted the supplments recommended to take when you are on Synthroid to help with muscle weakness. I thought they were Vit D, Magnesium and calcium but what dosage of these?

I am weal on the amounts with Vit D and calcium - ask AR but magnesium should be around 250 to 500mg daily perferrable at night.
