Torticollis or Tourette?

Hi, there. My name is Denis. I have been diagnosed with spasmodic torticollis about two years ago. It's been confirmed by two neurologists and i have also received botox treatment for it.
Well,long story short,i have a new physician now and she is suggesting that i may have tourette's syndrome instead of torticollis. From what i know, tourette is accompanied by vocal ticks which i don't have. So my question is, is it possible to have tourette syndrome without the vocal ticks? Thank You.
