Stretch marks, cellulite, and veins.

by iconic, Jul 14, 2008 07:36PM
I'm really young, and I'm not overweight. Yet for some reason, my legs look really gross. I have stretch marks on the insides of my thighs, some light cellulite, and fragments of spider veins.

What can I do to fix this and/or prevent it from getting worse? Are there any creams or lotions that can help to fade the stretch marks and tighten the cellulite? Would losing a few lbs help?

What about the veins?

Hi,
There are several treatment options for stretch marks. The degree of success with any treatment will be impacted by your age, your skin tone.
Dermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser surgery can be used to address unwanted stretch marks.

The FDA has approved massage and combined laser/massage therapies as a away to treat cellulite but they are approved only for the temporary decrease in the appearance of cellulite and require ongoing treatments to maintain any effect.
Eating a healthy diet and keeping muscles toned by regular exercise seem like reasonable approaches to keeping the body as taut and smooth as it can be.

Spider veins are caused by poor blood circulation. The exact cause of spider veins can be hard to pinpoint, however, spider veins can be triggered by sun damage, hormone changes ETC.
Laser Vein Removal has become the preferred method of getting rid of spider veins.
