Oral thrush?

Can someone please help me.I posted a pic in my profile of what looks to be oral thrush in my mouth.Only thing is my mouth has been like that for 6 months now and ive been told if it was oral thrush and I had it that long id be in lots of pain.Only its not painful or does not bleed when I brush it.What else could it be? And if it is oral thrush how did I possibley get it? Ive heard you only oral thrush when your immune system is comprimised and Im a healthy 22 year old.Ive also heard it is a symptom a late symptom of HIV.

I can't see the picture. Seeing an oral pathologist or oral surgeon is advised.

Hun that looks like my tounge only mines bin that way for years and the roof of my mouth is also pale white. It doesn't hurt either and i manage to scrap some of it off when if clean my tongue, but it always comes back. Have no idea what it could be and am seaching for diagnosis and will let you know what I find out.
