Delaying a Hep B antibody

Can Cortisone injections delay the anti-bodys for Hep B? meaning a 6 month test can be a false negative?
that someone would have to re-test in additional 3-6 months

Yes.  All corticosteroids in whatever form are contraindicated for any persons infected with HepB.
