Pimples on Face

I was just diagnosed with genital herpes in May 2008. I was not quite certain if it would spread very easily or not but I touched one of the sores and and I must have rubbed my forehead and what I thought was a regular pimple arose on my head and it was a little sore. So like any other pimple I popped it and it spreaded and I honestly thinks its herpes pimples on my forehead and I was just wondering what can I use to clear my face up. I have been using peroxide and a&d ointment but I have not really seen a big result. Can you help me?

Yeah, it's not herpes. It's a pimple.
