Baby urinating problem

My newborn is currently 4 months old. I have just explored that while pissing the penis crown of my baby is getting bigger in size like swelling. & it seems almost transperent like we can see the urine through it. (Not actually just is seems like that). but while pissing it seems that the baby is in pain. still its urinating is normal & OK. It's urinating pressure is also fine. But it seems that he is in pain. Please suggest.
