u need to work on your diet and know which things are triggers for u .ibs can be a very individual condition as we all have different triggers be they wheat coffee alcohol dairy foods with certain additives etc
are u tried anti spasmatics got to go to doc for these it would seem to me u are not digesting probably and maybe trying digestive enzymes and probiotics for a spell may help
it does take a while to regulate the bowel when trying new things

dont know what creon tablets are tell me
stick to a wholegrain diet for a spell no dairy try rice milk instead --peppermint tea is good also for spasms --
have u tried going to a dietician they can be expensive but the only way u can fiqure out which foods if it is foods are not helping u is to avoid certain foods but as to make sure u are still getting what your body needs the dietician will help u there

are creon  pancreatic enzymes if digestion is a problem are u taking these at the right amounts and at the right times etc
these would be different somewhat from digestive enzymes in the sence they would be stronger in lipase which is needed for fats

I have been told not to eat any grains, no oats, barley, cereals and I have been a lot better with much less windy pains and spasms since not eating these.  I know that eggs give me pains and so avoid them.  I only eat white bread and only rice Krispies for breakfast cereal.  Plain food, no spices, no alcohol is best for me.  I can eat some fruit and veg but not too much.  I do tend to get constipated and take Laxoberyl or known as Sodium Picosulphate, which was prescribed for me by my doctor.  I usually take this once or twice a week.  I am on medication for osteoporosis and alo calcium tablets to these bung me up.  If I get stressed, it goes straight to my guts and I get bad pains which eventually end up in the runs.  It is difficult to find the right balance of what works for the individual.
