My husband and i have been trying to pregnant ofr the last 3 of our four years together. We recently found out that he dosen't produce sperm...Is that possible:(? (We believe in GOD) My question is how can you help/resolve this problem? What can we do to have our own baby without adopting or foster care? Is there anything else we can do?

Does he not produce sperm at all or are they dead by the time they come out?  The reason I ask is b/c my good friends husband would produce sperm but they died before they were ejected.....They went to NYC and he had a smal procedure done where they went up inside and they actually were able to find about 1000 living sperm!  She had IVF and is preggo with twins now.
If he truly does not produce any sperm at all, there would be no way to have your own children......but once you both come to terms with it, you may want to look into a donor.

Sorry about all of this.......It will all work out though!  :o)

What kind of procedure was it? If we do have to look into a donor that means my child is not my husband right? Confussed... THANKS FOR REPLYING. If you have any more info please let me know

Donor sperm is kept in a bank and it would not be your husband. I am also a Christian (pastor's wife) and I don't oppose procedures in which a doctor artificially inseminates. However I don't know whether I agree with donor sperm. I am only saying this because you mentioned believing in God and I felt as though you were looking for someone to answer based on your beliefs.

Anyway, you are going to need to see a fertility specialist on the next plan of action. I'm assuming you already see one since your husband's sperm was analyzed.

Thanks for your reply! That was going to be our next step. We're trying to wait until his insurance kicks in becuase that's expensive right
Artificial insemination is like what? Is that when they take his sperm and puts it in me? I'm very dumb founded when it comes to medical terminology.
