fluid under my heart

a few months ago i went to the E.R for back pain which turned out i just did something to a disk.my heart rate has always been high but it was 154 at that time so they hooked me up to ivs. and did an echo on me.that should i had fluid under my heart.i never went back to the doctor .my heart never really boths me.only when i am stressed and when i drink too much coffee i get some acid coming up but thats really the only time.i am only 19 so i figured it couldn't be anything too bad.can you tell me what the fluid is..and how can i make it go away
