You're absolutely correct, different medications effect different people differently due to our physical make-up.
What might work for one individual may not work for another, one may have side effects which the other doesn't encounter, etc.
In my many years of trying various medications, alone and in combination, I personnally have found that Remeron works best for me.
Remember, that that does not mean it will work for you. It took me over 6 years to find the right combination of medications to control my symptoms, so it's a matter of trial and error.
