Your TSH indicates you are hyperthyroid and the Free T4 test in June confirms it if th upper lab limit is 1.8.
Have you had antibody testing?
You should be tested for TPOab, TGab, and TSI.
You might be hyperthyroid because of TSI, or you may be hyper from a bout of thyroiditis, and actually have a hypothyroid issue. It's hard to say without antibody tests and possibly an ultrasound.

Total T4 and Total T3 tests are not very good tests. They don't indicate anything worth mentioning except in certain test combinations.
That said, your T3 result is surprisingly low. That indicates extreme hypo, the opposite of what the other tests are showing.
But it's a total T3, so it is somewhat deceptive.
A Free T3 test would be much better.
When your thyroid excretes hormones, a high percentage of them are bound immediately, and a small percentage of them is left free to be active as it flows through the body. Measuring the bound hormone is worthless information. You need to measure the Free hormones that are available to be used.
It is not likely that your Total T3 is in the basement and your Free T3 is above limit, but without a test you will never know. Maybe a reverse T3 test would be indicated as well.
