penis Glans pain. help please!

Hi there,
I am 20 years old and recently started feeling pains in the tip of my penis. After checking it out, I found a small bead like clump within the head of my penis; placed right on top of the urinary duct.
I also seem to have what looks like small warts or irritational marks surfacing on my pubic hair region, none on the shaf though. Could these things be related? and what can they be.
please help!
