Possible Heart Attack? Scared, please help!!!!

Tonight, I was sitting in a chair in the living room watching t.v. for several hours. When I got up, I started to stretch then my entire body spasmed up with intense pain. I have mild CP (spastic hemiplegia). Then all of a suddden my heart started to hurt during the spasm and then after the spasm let up, my heart started beating really fast and hurting even more than before. This lasted for a couple of minutes or so but it felt like a huge rush of blood hit the heart at once and it couldn't handle the flow. It felt like my heart was about to burst like a pipe with too much water being pumped through it. I felt fine after my heart calmed down but it scared the "you know what" out of me. What could it have been? Could this have been a heart attack or was it something else? Did my spasm cut the blood supply off to my heart and then make it rush back in after the muscles relaxed? Is that even possible?

It sounds like to me that you had a heart palpation. If I was you I would go to your docs and have a E. C.G. just to have it checked out I hope this helps.
