i had skin disorder on my penis foreskin call XBO, for short, not sure of the Latin name, any way i had it for a year or so before i got it treated which included circumcision, the XBO also spread to the tip of my penis leaving a white patch the size of half a little finger nail which remains there to this day. now since i had the circumcision i had a loss of feeling in the head of the penis and trouble maintaining an erection during intercourse things have improved over time slightly but not by much i have used Viagra and Cialis which both lasted three times longer than they were supposed too, which was great, herbal pills do the trick as well but they were not a cure just a quick fix, i have been to sex therapist ( who my urologist recommended) who told me i was probably psychological but hasn't been able to cure me. my question is could the surgery have effected me? is there any ointment the can make the skin more sensitive ? is there anything my urologist can do to eliminate any physical problems there might be, i am only 28 can you point me in the right direction,
