wondering if anyone knows what this is?

About 6 months ago I noticed white pimple like bumps in my pubic hair region I figured it was razor bumps but I was pregnant at the time so I went ahead and asked a doctor about it...she said it was probably razor bumps. Well in may they were still there and when I went back for my postpartum check I asked my doctor if it was an std like herpes or genital warts he said no they were either razor bumps or some type of cyst.....he said if they were still there in 3 months they would biopsy one. Well recently I noticed some growths on my husband and told him I thought they may be genital herpes...and when he went to his doc...they said it was and started treating him. What I have is only in the pubic hair region and doesn't look anything like any pictures I have seen on any of the std sites and it doesn't act like genital warts but I can't figure out what they are...I am trying to go to this free clinic by my home to get checked because my insurance isn't in order. But now I have also been feeling kinda sick and having diarrhea, and noticed I have been losing more hair when I shower and brush it.....I don't know if these other symptoms are related to an illness of some sort or stress. I am 23 years old and black white and Filipino....telling my race because I have read that that can help in diagnoses. does anyone have any advice?

also forgot to add my eyes have been itching a lot and I have been getting stys in them.

my husband has genital warts not herpes....I am really not all here...sorry about that.
