Hyperparathyroid

Dear Dr.Lupo,
I recently posted a question about my PTH of 81 with an ionized calcium of 1.32.  I did as you suggested and checked my Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy which was normal at 47.0.  So what do you suggest I do now?  I also had my Treadmill Stress test today and echo. The results are good.  The only problem was that during the stress test my HR went up as expected.  I then had the echo after and my HR remained in the 130's the whole time. It was difficult to get good pictures with such a fast HR but the cardiologist said everything else is okay. I continue to not feel well and don't know what I should next.
Here are all my Labs so far so you don't have to go back to a previous post.

Any help would be every so greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for offering this forum.

Not much to do from thyroid/parathyroid standpoint at this time.  The PTH is a little high, clacium is normal, vit D normal.  From what you post, no indication for parathyroid surgery and no clear reason for the symptoms, doubt they are due to a slightly high parathyroid level.
