HIV Transmission Odds - Condom broke, Menstruating

Here's my story: I'm 23 years old, had sex with a condom while on my period with my boyfriend who is 21 years old. The condom broke right after he ejaculated. I'm very sure that some of his sperm leaked inside my vagina after the condom broke. I was tested a year ago for stds and the results were negative. He, on the other hand, has had 4 partners including myself, but has not been tested for stds ever. He says that he believes himself to be clean. I have had 5 partners including himself.
Does anyone out there think that the likelihood that I transmitted HIV from this person is high, high enough that I should get tested as soon as possible? I'm new to the statistics of HIV transmission.
Though I've read numerous posts on this site that cite statistics, I'm still skeptical. Should I be less nervous about this?

You were protected until the condom failed. Just test in 3 months and obtain your conclusive test result. Take you bf with you and test together.
