Opposite symptoms with different pregnancies???

by northrncwgrl, Jul 16, 2008 06:03PM
When I was pregnant with my 2nd dd I remember I felt absolutely nothing except being very tired and starting to get an appetite. I only tested because I thought it had been a while since my last AF (I was only 21! lol).

Now I had a MC in June and I had every symptom imaginable - incredibly sore bb's, fatigue, ravenous appetite, frequent urination, moody, bloating, sensitive sense of smell....

We're still TTC, I was hoping right away, as my MC was so mild and early and I was told how fertile we are after a MC. So I'm at CD22 and I feel NOTHING. Slightly sore bb's, that's all. Of course I'm counting myself out already, as I'd expect to feel everything I did last month.

Basic question is - has anyone had a pregnancy where they felt absolutely everything, and another where they feel absolutely nothing?? I'm trying to continue my hope here....lol

Hm that is interesting! It's been almost 7 yrs since my last dd, so I'm trying hard to remember! I know so many people that say they are all different, just wanting to see if it's very common I guess. And to think there might still be a chance of being preggo! lol

Thanks! :)

Yes with both of my full term pregnancies they were totally different. With my son, no symptoms what so ever I kept testing (since I was 17) every week (even though it was a BFP) since I had no symptoms until about 13 weeks. No with my daughter I knew it right away and had every symptom in the book and they went away at about 14 weeks. And with my MC I had all symptoms for a couple of weeks then they disappered all at once. GL I hope this answered your question.

With my first I had very mild symptoms, more fatigue and sore breasts than anything else. I never got sick or had an increased sensitivity to smells. With my two pregnancies that ended in m/c I had some intense symptoms that only lasted a week or so which in hindsight should have clued me in that something may have been going on that wasn't good. WIth this pregnancy I seem to have had it all at one time or another - thankfully I have not actually thrown up but have come very very close. I am pregnant with twins though too so that may throw some added symptoms on the horomone end of it all!
