CEA leves rising

I am a one year stage 3, grade 3 ductile invasive carcinoma. I had 8 chemo treatments with cytoxin, abraxane and adriamcyin, and 28 radiation treatments. My CEA level is rising from 1.5 to 2.2 to 2.8 over the last 6 months. My oncologist wants to wait another 9 weeks to do another blood test.
What can this mean and how worried should I be. I am 51 years old and in good health. I am taking femara as a followup treatment for the breast cancer which has required me to double the dosage of my zocor and start omacar.

Invasive duct cancers have the potential to spread to the other organs as compared to non invasive cancer.
Grade 3 breast cancer cells are markedly different from the normal breast cells as compared to grades 1 and 2.
Stage 3 means the tumor is either more than 5 cm in size or it has spread to axillary lymph nodes or chest wall.

Rising CEA levels generally indicate improved survival rate after mastectomy and recurrence.
