some things really overcome the meds, huh?

I was so good for a while on my lexapro and wellbutrin...happily skipping through life. This past week has been really rough on my boyfriend and me (long story), and I find myself extremely down. I can't stop crying, and I wont' be able to sleep tonight. I even cut myself in the shower before to see if it would make me feel better. well, it was failure because a)I don't feel better and b)I did a really sloppy job cutting lol. God, it's going to kill me to have to wait till 8/7 till my next doctor visit

i'm so sorry your feeling this way. are you off your meds? you know that cutting yourself is not the answer. whatever problems your having with your boyfriend will pass. hang in there. can you call your dr. and tell him you need to see him sooner? take care. remar

Thank you so much for the reply. I am still on my meds. Last night was just really rough...the insomnia was killing me too...the ambien, tylenol PM, and Unisom did not help the least bit. I guess I just felt frustrated. I know these problems will pass...and I called around today and made an appointment with a therapist for Monday. I figure I need to talk to someone just as much as i need the meds. thanks again
