i am a 20 year old female and i lately observed a growth around my anal area...the growth is not hard..its kind of tender and fleshy...it looks like an outgrowth of the skin.i have not experienced any pain or discharges or itching in the area but i do experience itching around my vaginal area.the growth is small like a pin head.i hav no idea wat is wrong could it be cancer ?

it could b an rectal polyp..these r common...go 2 ur doctor to be xamined for sure!
