Circumcision Sutures

Hello,
I just had a circumcision yesterday and self dissolving sutures were used on the wound (In which the note states they will fall out within 2-3 weeks)
I'm worried about Suture marks or tunnels being left behind because of this.
Is there anything at all I can do to help prevent this? (I.e products or does soaking them in a bath for atleast 15 minutes help? and should I want them to fall out by a certain time?)
Or are I just worrying over nothing.
I didn't get to ask my urologist surgeon any questions, So thanks for listening!
