Hi Doc Im a 24 year old bi male. I guess Im bi, I have sex with women and transexuals so Im not sure what that makes me. Here is my question last night I met a transexual through the internet and I recieved unprotected rough oral sex. He also used an unprocted dildo on me. I was drunk at the time and wasn't thinking like so many other people. So after the act I freaked and asked him if he had ever used it before and he said no, that he had taken it out of the package before I got there and washed it. At no time while I was there did he use the dildo on himself. I am just worried that he might at some point before I got there used it on himself and didn't tell me.
1. What diseases am I at risk for from this act.
2. What are the chances of HIV infection from this act and should I get tested.
