Do you have any history of spinal injury? What is your age and what work are you involved in?You should consult a neurologist and get MRI,nerve conduction studies done as there could be several causes of your pain like,.degenerative spine changes, neuropathy, nerve compression etc..You should do yoga and extension exercises. Also get your blood sugar levels checked.Unless a MRI is done the diagnosis cannot be made. You should see a neurophysician to evaluste the cause of your symptoms.
