testicles contain cysts and are swollen

I have been experiencing swollen testies for a long time say about 20 years for about once a year. It seems as if it was due to lack of sexual intercourse. Since last year it has been happening more frequently. I am under the treatment of a board certified urologist. He findings after some tests and diagnosis is there are more than one cysts in my right testi and both contain some execessive fluid. I have been married for the past 17 years. I am very happy with my wife. I could pull a five course love session once a month, besides regular sessions. Now a days it is hard to have one good session. I am 46 years of age. I think, I am getting old to have a good time even for once in while. It is getting hard to get a good erection. Is it due to the cysts in my testies? Would it be wise to have my both balls removed surgically? Would it improve my erection and sexual life after surgeory? Is it possible to have erection after the removal my testies?
