Possibe Hiv Exposure- with some early symptoms

I recently went to a strip club, while there I got oral sex from one of the strippers.  She also danced on me, her vagina touched my penis, although there was no intercourse.  I don't really remember a lot of that night but I do know there was no vagina intercourse, but there was oral, and she used her hand, i did not use protection  with the oral.  When I got back from the strip club I noticed blood on my shirt, at the bottom,  Not sure how it got there.  I got lap dances from at least 4 different dancers.  This happened three weeks ago.  About 2-3 days after this I started to have stomach issues.  I would eat food, get bloated, become very gassy, and had trouble going to the bathroom.  Every time I would eat food my stomach would make a gurgling noise, and I would get the feeling that I had diarrhea.  Although I only had diarrhea once or twice in two weeks.  About 3 days ago, 2 1/2 weeks after the incident, My throat starting to get red, although its not difficult for me to swallow , its still red.   I went into the doctors today for my bowel issues and he told me I had a spastic colon,  While there I asked him to check and see if my lymph nodes were swollen.  He told me my lymph node on the left side of my neck by my throat was  swollen.  Also my lymph nodes around my groin could be swollen, the one on my left side near my hip is about the length of 2 cms, and the width of about 1 cms.  The lymph nodes on my right side are smaller about half the size, but feel harder. neither of them are sore.  I have also noticed a decrease in appetite, as well as feeling more tired during the day.   I am 22 years old, 6'2" and weigh about 170 pounds.  I am wondering if my incident is a high risk incident? As well as if these symptoms could be that of early HIV?  I am quite worried about this, and have been doing a lot of research via the internet which is not good because it generally leaves me quite upset realizing i have some of the symptoms.  Thanks for your help.

Sorry but indeed you did post on the wrong forum.   Questions about HIV belong on the HIV prevention site.  I will do my best to answer your questions with this reply but, if you have additional questions or follow-up they must be on the HIV Prevention site (and cost you another $15.00).  Sorry, those are the rules.

The exposure that you describe was very low risk.  You cannot get HIV if your penis inadvertently touched her vagina (or vis versa) without penetration.  Similarly receipt of oral sex is very low risk with a quoted risk of getting HIV, if she was infected and that too is most unlikely, of less than 1 in 10,000.  Putting these together, I expect you are more likely to get hit by lightening in the next few days than to have gotten HIV.

As for your sore throat and swollen lymph nodes - coincidental.  The nodes in your neck are due to your sore throat, not HIV.  The nodes in your let are non-specific and most people have them.

I urge you not to worry and do not even recommend testing in this situation.  If you must get tested to relieve your anxiety, please realize that that if the only reason for doing it.  I hope this helps.  EWH

what about the blood that was on my shirt? If she bled onto penis via her vagina/mouth would that make a big difference??

Irrelevant.  Not a concern.  HIV is not passed by or on inanimate objects.  EWHEWH
