pregnant?

Hello....
I am 24 and I am pregnant with my first. I have taken 4 pregnancy test and they have all came back postitive, but I work at a hospital and have been scanned three times and they have not seen anything. I was scanned twice last week and once this week and all they see is a thick endo line, but no sac yet.. my lmp was May 25,2008 and when I called my OBGYN they did not seemed to concerned just told me to keep my appt for Aug 1st. I am afraid something is wrong and everyone that I seem to know is telling I may have ovulated late and it is too early to see anything is this true?

It can definalty be true that it could be too early to see anything, especially if you ovualted later then expected. I would wait another week and then scan again. It could be a chemcial or molar pregancy. Have you been have pregnancy symptoms at all?

Thank you so much for answering me. I am a nursing student and sometimes between my heart and my clinical side I do get confussed. The answer to your question is my breast have been tender, light cramping, tired, and I am not hungry at all, but if I do eat I get heart burn or sick to my stomach. Thank you again..
